 MickSD77 says: I ordered a Zune and was then told that it was out of stock and that I would receive a 110% refund. The refund never arrived. Lenius claimed he had issued it but could not provide any details of when and how he did this. My emails to him frequently went unanswered. I complained to eBay and the BBB, Lenius lied to the BBB to cover himself. He only issued the refund after I told him I would take him to the small claims court. This is an appalling and dishonest business. - 2 yrs ago
