charlene taylor says: on december 16,2009 I purchased a real balsam christmas tree and was advised that when christmas was over I could bring the tree back for recycling and recv a full refund on the purchase price. Low and behold on Jan 11,2010 when I tried to return the tree and was told it could not be returned. shame on your management staff for lying to a customer - 2 mths ago
