We previously blogged about the 7 for all Mankind warehouse sale which is happening this week in New York City.   Lucky for us, Kimberly Edmonds, a Dealio member was there and gave us the inside scoop & share some photos:

Prices for denim were $65 for irregulars and $80 for first quality, but prices will drop $10 each day.  Tops ranged from $20-50, outerwear $80-140, bags $50-150, and shoes $60-80.  I saw no indications that non-denim prices would drop.  There were PLENTY of jeans to go around, it was kind of ridiculous–all sizes from 23+.  Men’s sizes started at 29, if I recall.  As for women, everything from the classic bootcuts, dojos, and A-pockets to roxannes, gwens, bellbottoms, and crops.  Mostly classic denim washes [new york dark, etc], but a few white, grey, and black washes were scattered.  A couple skirts and shorts here and there, but I predict they will all be gone by Saturday.  If you’re looking for the real deals, head straight to the back of place to the irregulars boxes.  Most sizes only have two boxes, and each box will have multiple pair of the same styles.  Example:  the 24 boxes were full of nakita roxannes [I think that's what they were] and dark washed dojos, I also saw a random pair of the new motorcycle skinnies and grey skinnies.

If you’re not looking for jeans, check out the tops, two full racks of womens in all sizes, lots of silk and soft cotton.  Men’s shirts were less in number, but lots of variety and sizes as well.

Buyers of fancy jeans rejoice:  I saw multiple pair of embellished and rare styles.  Paint, crystals, fancy squiggles [leopard print, anyone?], and rips were present, but again, I predict they will be gone by Saturday.  Oh, short gals, unless you’re looking for crops, I saw very few petites.  Definitely saw one “sandal” style bootcuts in size 28.

All in all, this was a really great sale.  I will probably go back the last day to see what’s left, if anything.  The styles are a mix of classic 7s and NEW [gasp] styles, don’t worry, there are definitely NONE of those “last seasons rejects” that plague most sample sales [except for maybe those leopard prints squiggles previously mentioned].  If you’re in the area this is a must-go.  Denim prices are climbing and this sale provides an excellent opportunity to get great, first class jeans for less.

If you missed the first day of the sale – have no fear, it doesn’t end until October 4th.  Details here.
