Do not rent from Barnes and Noble. I’m a very unhappy customer secondary to the dishonesty of Barnes and Noble. I was advised to send in a text book at a certain date, but I sent it back earlier because of the holidays. Even though I sent it back before the suggested date, I was still charged an extra rental fee. I discourage anyone to use this company for renting. When I called about the dishonesty, I asked why I had to pay for late fees even though it was sent before the suggested time but Christmas slowed the transit. I was told that’s what I get for living in the United States. Thank you Barnes and Noble for such dishonesty coupled with a lack of good customer service representatives.
