Chic for Cheap: Abaete for Payless Shoes

Posted by Colleen on February 18, 2009 in Fashion

Forget a new Easter dress, we’d rather have new spring shoes, am I right?  And what’s better, we want them to be high on style and low on price.  Take a look at what Dealio has found…

High end designer for Abaete, Laura Poretzky, has shown 4 collections of Abaete shoes during NY fashion week and has collaborated on many accessory line projects.  She is the first ever to create a designer collection for Payless.  What does this mean for you?  Fabulous shoes at low, low prices!  Who’s excited?

Laura (and Dealio, I might add) believes it is wonderful to have the opportunity to design shoes every woman can wear.  That is why she has teamed up with Payless to sell her one-of-a-kind designs at affordable prices.   I will say with confidence that this line will be a hit!

This stylish Wyatt Gladiator Sandal features a suede upper with metal ring details, an elasticized slingback for comfort and a sexy 4.5″ stiletto heel with a stacked wood look.

Remember your wonderful boots — black patent with short clear heals? I’ve never had that many compliments from friends and even srangers on the street’ Took it to Paris, France and French women ask me who was the designer.
Had I’d known That you would not repeat then the following year, I would have bought three pair. They were quite inexpensive: I would pay more. I think they were 2007. Please. please, please bring them out again, and let me know as soon as I can buy them.

The following year, each time I went into my Payless store (NYC – Manhattan – Lexington Avenue between 57 and 58th Streets) asking if they had come in,
she would tell me that other customers were also looking for them. If you’ve forgottem them, I’d be pleased to send you a picture.

Hi Gloria – We’re not Payless, unfortunately :( However, maybe you can find some on eBay?
