I used EXTRA20 twice and didn't get either discount. JCrew didn't honor my first discount on an order, but they honored the second discount on another order. I contacted them via email and showed copies of my orders, but they still only honored one code. Mind you, I placed two separate orders - one order in December, and another this month.
