eBay Coupon Alert: How to make the most of eBay + Live Promo

eBay has just released a new coupon code that allows select buyers to save 10% off their purchase of $100 or more. I have also heard that the eBay coupon CHOLIDAYNOV2008 can also be used in conjunction with Live.com cashback program.

I blogged about Live.com’s cashback program a few days ago here. Unlike the consumer electronics eBay coupon released earlier, this one can be used on anything. Therefore, try it out and let me know how much you saved.

For example:

1. Use Live.com and search for “Ugg Boots”.

2. Click on the eBay sponsored ad.

3. Select and purchase boots.

4. Enter the eBay coupon at checkout to save 10% off your purchase.

5. Live.com will then send you a rebate (to be deposited into your PayPal account) 60 days after the purchase.

If the boots were $125, then the eBay coupon saves you $12.50 and Live.com will give you a cashback $31.25 for a total savings of $43.75 making your Ugg boots only $81.25.
