Linen ‘n Things is going out of business, closing all 317 of its remaining stores in 48 stores. According to it’s press release, LNT has filed for bankruptcy because of failure to find a buyer willing to take over the locations. As a result of this, all closing stores will have liquidation sales, promising discounts of up to 30 percent on all famous brands like Cuisinart, KitchenAid, Wamsutta, Calphalon, Paula Deen Signature, and more. Of note, if you have a gift card from Linen n’ Things, you should use it right away, as under the Chapter 11 bankruptcy, federal law will allow the company to stop honoring gift cards.
