Fashion Scoop: Norma Kamali at Wal-Mart!

Norma Kamali, who has been in the fashion industry for 40 years, has recently designed an affordable, versatile line for Walmart that fits any budget! Kamali has been a designing swim wear, dresses and clothes for her New York City shop since graduating from FIT with a degree in fashion illustration in 1964. Her minimalist designs are not only flattering, but incredible comfortable, regardless of the occassion.

Normally, Norma Kamali pieces will begin at about $300 each. For her Walmart line, however, all items are less than $20 which is an unbelievable steal. The new line is available at both your local Walmart and online (97 cent shipping!). Her designs consist of basic red and black fabrics, with simple, sleek, stylish cuts. The best part? Besides catering to fashionistas with any budget, many of the items are made from organic cotton; that is cotton harvested without the use of pesticides, which pollute the environment and can irritate the skin.
