I give kudos to businesses that own up to the occasional technology mishap. I give my business to those who own up and offer the customer an apology in the form of a free shipping coupon code. J. Crew is upgrading their website and as an apology to its customers, they are offering free shipping on all purchases. This coincides with their final sale (gulp) so really, the stars have aligned for you to shop. Yes, their site is a little slow right now, but I was able to pick-up a few goodies (see below).
