Slick website. Slick product. Say goodbye to Bugaboo, hello to Orbit Baby. I love that Orbit Baby advertises their line of baby & toddler car seats, strollers and bassinets in the same way a car company would demo their newest model. Their cool 360 degree photos and videos highlight the product’s high-tech engineering and design, making you forget that at the end of the day, your baby will be spitting/throwing up something onto its micro-fiber upholstery interior ((removes easily and machine-washable). Putting all the gadget geekiness aside, however, reviews have deemed the Orbit Baby system to be one of the safest out there. The entire system costs around $900.

Fashion Scoop: Richard Chai for Target

I’m absolutely GIDDY with excitement over Richard Chai’s new line for Target’s Go International line. This guy is a freaking genius - he’s done everything from Marc Jacobs to revamping TSE (which justifies why I’ve been “borrowing” heavily from my mom’s closet). His design aesthetic is minimalist, edgy with a splash of feminity. The line won’t launch until August, but you may commence drooling now.

Shoe Deal: $1 Flip Flop Day at Old Navy

Old Navy flip flops are probably some of the best out there - super comfortable and super cheap. This Saturday, June 28th, they will be even cheaper at only $1 per pair. I think Old Navy is taking some ideas from recent promotions by the fast food chains. Great idea, great deal, great excuse to buy one in every pair. I’ve heard rumors that you can buy them early and get a price adjustment later on. The black & white ones seem to run out the quickest.

My next paycheck may as well be paid out to “Gap Incorporated” because they are currently running a huge 40% or more sale simultaneously across all four brands - Piperlime, Gap, Banana Republic and Old Navy.
