My son and i both stood in line for the 99.00 tom toms with 30.00 rebate both sent in required proof of purchase both told our infomation/proof of purchase must of gotten lost we no longer have proof of our purchase so we will not get rebate.sounds a little fishy that both got lost .i will not shop at a store that uses this tatic nor will my family or friends.to say i am upset is a under statement.i pride myself on being honest and loyal and expect the same from the stores i shop.

I never received my rebate check for the $99 Tom Tom. I heard Pep Boys does this often with rebates.

I also purchased a tom tom for $99.00. Still waiting for my rebate. I have the receipt. What do I do. This is the 2nd time I purchased there and have not received rebate!!!! This does sound very fishy

Hi – for those of you who have not received your rebate, I would recommend calling Pep Boys and/or filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau:

I recommend using Twitter to contact them – sometimes corporations are more responsive that way.
