Vendio™ Launches Affiliate Program for Dealio™ Shopping Toolbar
Leading Online Auction Sales Management Firm Taps Core Customer Base; Over 13,000 eBay™ Sellers Join in Beta
SAN MATEO, Calif. November 6, 2006 — Vendio™, a leading provider of services that empower online merchants to reach consumers and manage transactions, today announced that it has launched an affiliate program for its popular comparison shopping toolbar, Dealio™. The program, intended to raise awareness and drive downloads of the Dealio Toolbar™, is targeted to customers of Vendio’s Sales Manager product, which helps sellers publish attractive and professional listings to eBay™ and other online auction sites. During the affiliate program’s beta period, more than 13,000 online merchants opted in and continue to post links to www.dealio.com in several areas and pages of their online auctions.

The affiliate program delivers revenue to affiliates each time a consumer clicks through to the Dealio Web site and downloads Dealio.
Affiliates can choose to promote Dealio through a number of promotional placements:- Post-sale messages: Placing a Dealio promotion at the bottom of e-mails that are sent to buyers after a transaction has occurred.
- Super-sized image pages displayed on eBay: Placing a Dealio promotion below Vendio-hosted images, making Dealio just a click away on over 1 million eBay listings per month.
- Vendio Store pages: Placing a Dealio promotion at the bottom of each Vendio Stores page.
- The seller’s Website: Placing a Dealio promotion into any Web page.
