Marketing Coordinator/Manager
Vendio is a rapidly growing eCommerce platform that tens of thousands of merchants use to efficiently and seamlessly manage their online sales across the channels they use to reach their customers. This includes eBay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Google, their own web stores, and more. The Marketing Coordinator/Manager will implement lead generation and other marketing programs using Marketo, a marketing automation tool. The primary objective will be increasing awareness of Vendio among SMB's and delivering leads of increasing quality to our hungry sales force. This is an important addition to a growing marketing group with opportunities to learn and develop into other marketing functions.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lead generation, nurturing and awareness programs using Marketo
- Refine our segmentation, modify content, define triggers, conduct testing, monitor status, and communicate results. Lather, rinse, repeat.
- Manage weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics that give insights into trends, pipeline health, marketing lead sources and closed opportunities
- Research and analyze business trends and present opportunities for new marketing initiatives
- Develop and employ metrics for customer behavior, campaign performance, and marketing forecasts
- Compile and analyze data, interpret what it could mean, and communicate that to others
- Administer Dashboards, Reports, Forecasting, and Workflow Rules
Experience/Education:
- BA/BS degree in mathematical discipline (with a marketing mind) or degree in marketing (with a mathematical mind)
- Minimum 1 - 5 years experience
- Experience with Marketo (or Eloqua) a big plus, or be convincing that you can learn quickly
- Able to work independently and in teams with lots of curiosity and high attention to detail
- Enthusiasm and positive energy are a must

Dealio Director Business Development
Vendio is a rapidly growing eCommerce company automating sales for tens of thousands of merchants across channels including eBay, Amazon, Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Google, and more. Vendio also operates Dealio, a leading coupons and deals site offering a toolbar bringing deals straight to a shopper's browser. Vendio and Dealio's growth is accelerating after recently being acquired by Alibaba.com, one of the largest eCommerce companies in the world.Are you a deal maker extraordinaire? Are you ready to take over an already rapidly growing revenue stream and take it that much bigger? The Director of Business Development for Dealio will manage all strategic relationships including toolbar distribution, affiliates, shopping site partners, and technology licensing. The primary objective will be growing revenue through Dealio toolbar bundling and overall distribution. Toolbars present an amazing opportunity for partners to monetize their users and ramp revenue without requiring credit cards from their customers. This is a key strategic role in the organization and will report directly to Vendio's head of business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of toolbar distribution. Source bundling opportunities, negotiate terms, and close deals
- Create financial models for prospective partners evaluating trade-offs such as conversion rates, revenue shares vs. bounties, and contributions by country
- Monitor leading download sites and establish relationships with up-and-coming downloadable software providers
- Develop and give presentations to prospective partners, explaining the potential financial upside and the unique eCommerce deals Dealio enjoys
- Hire and oversee an account manager, keeping the portfolio of completed deals happy and healthy
- Support the Dealio marketing and product teams to supply technology, affiliate, and shopping deals as needed
- Provide input into the Dealio toolbar and Dealio.com product strategies, representing the voice of the partner
Required Experience:
- 4+ years experience in a business development role in an Internet company
- Prior experience in all phases of deal management including prospecting and contract negotiation
- Written LOI's on your own and negotiated terms with counsel
- Development of financial models with strong analytical problem-solving and deal structuring skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, entrepreneurial spirit, solid work ethic, and all around team player
- Understanding of downloadable software and bundling marketplace
- Undergraduate degree
Preferred Experience:
- Experience bundling downloadable software, ideally toolbars or some other application with embedded search
- Hired and managed a well performing team
- Knowledge of and/or worked in the eCommerce area, particularly within the deals and coupons arena
- Completed international deals, especially with transactions conducted remotely or with non-English speakers
- Advanced degree - MBA/JD preferred
