Who we areDealio is brought to you by the same people behind Vendio Services, Inc., the leading multichannel eCommerce platform for small to medium-sized merchants. The Dealio team is dedicated to pursuing its founding vision - to make sure that shoppers find the lowest prices, so they never overpay again.
Founded in 1999, Vendio Services, Inc. helps small- to medium-sized merchants (SMM's) succeed by offering them an integrated solution to manage their sales seamlessly and cost-effectively across multiple online sales channels including their free online store, Amazon.com, eBay, Google, Shopzilla, and more. Each year over 80,000 merchants use Vendio's award winning multi-channel Platform and Applications to sell over $2 billion in merchandise.
Vendio is headquartered in San Mateo, California with a development office in Romania. Vendio was acquired by Alibaba.com (HKSE: 1688) (1688.HK) in 2010.
Founded in August of 2005, Dealio marked the first major investment by Vendio in an industry other than eBay software. The Dealio team was given nothing more than a simple set of instructions - to create a service that helps shoppers find the lowest prices faster and easier than any current method at the time.
The Dealio Comparison Shopping Toolbar was born out of this vision and officially launched in November of 2005. Vendio continued to invest heavily in Dealio with a major build-out to Dealio.com. Today, Dealio is a top online shopping destination for price comparison and user-generated store coupons and deals.
